We want to become the most successful AI transformation company in the world. That means conducting AI to do 10x more than we could do without it – but not outsourcing our thinking to it.We don’t “copy and paste” AI’s results into our work. We push back, critique, and improve. 

We don’t rely on our data team for every data pull, because we’re all data-obsessed. We don’t guess—we analyze. We challenge ideas with evidence, and we obsess over what the data tells us about performance. 

Once we make a decision, we move quickly (very quickly). We prioritize speed and scrappiness over perfection. V1 means 70% of the way there – in a good-enough state to get feedback and sign off without having every question answered.

We don’t have room for highly-paid “thinkers” who don’t get their hands dirty. Everyone here is a strategist and a builder. We move easily from setting strategy at a high level to executing at the ground floor – often in the same hour. 

We’re honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change – even if we built it. We’re not here to protect legacy ways of working if they no longer serve us. We bring critical thinking to everything we do, and we reimagine how we work through the lens of AI.

We use writing to sharpen our ideas, strengthen our decisions, and make us better collaborators, with humans and with AI. Briefs aren’t busy work – they’re how we ensure critical thinking wins over charisma.
